Scientists have discovered that an
unbalance omega 6 (n6) and omega 3 (n3) fatty acids may lead to heart failure
and other dietary diseases. These acids are known as essential fatty acids (EFA)
that are obtained from the foods we eat. They are metabolized and stored in
tissue membranes as highly unsaturated fatty acids (HUFA).[1]

By John M. Yarlott 12-Dec-08 There is a
link between excess intake of sodium and obesity which, in turn, can lead
to a host of other dietary diseases. The existence of this link may have
never been proven by means of clinical trials but analysis of macro data,
for example the increase in obesity correlating with increased salt sales
provides circumstantial evidence that it exists.

American people, who are overweight due to body fat and or
abdominal fat, may now be able to lower their risk of getting cancer naturally
by changing their eating habits.Cancer
is the second leading disease causing death in the US. Taking steps to avoid
cancer is of national interest as well as the personal interest of people. The
main cause of added fat is when the intake of food energy exceeds the metabolism
rate of burning the energy. The excess food energy is stored as body fat or
abdominal fat. Therefore controlling the caloric value of meals can lead to a
leaner healthier body.

Use This Guide to Avoid the Earth's No. 1 Killer By Millie Bruce, Guest Journalist For both women and men of any age, coronary disease may
possibly be the number 1 killer. It kills a lot more people than ALL forms of
tumors combined. If you're black or older than sixty-five, your risk of heart
disease is greater, but it's an equal opportunity destroyer. Any person, any
place, anytime may have a heart attack [1].
